We clarify your use case, your goals, your systems and the right scope. We say honestly whether an AI solution is the right lever.
- Scope and setup
We lock the fixed scope, set up the proven toolstack and clarify access and data protection.
- Build
We build the prototype on your real data, with tools like Lovable, n8n, custom GPTs and Claude Code. You are closely involved.
- Prototype review
You see a running result, give feedback and decide on the next step.
- Implementation
The prototype goes into production, with integrations into your systems and a clean handoff.
- Development and operations
Where needed, the prototype becomes real software that grows with you, with documentation and support.
What we take on and what stays with you
We take on the facilitation from A to Z, from use case selection through tooling and setup to coaching and build. Little stays with you, at the core two things. First, the willingness to speak openly about your processes in the strategy call. Second, the access and sample data we need for the build. Everything else is on us, cleanly and GDPR-aware. So the effort on your side stays low, and the result still comes fast.
