What the calculator is for

AI ROI calculator, see in a minute what automation delivers.

Many sense that a recurring task eats time but do not know how much exactly. The AI ROI calculator makes that time visible. You enter how often a task occurs, how long it takes and how many people do it, and see how many hours per month and year an automation could save. The calculator shows the value of the automation itself, not our effort or price. It deliberately names no service prices, because the scope is only settled in the strategy call.

The estimate is illustrative and shows the value of the automation, not the price of a service. Assumption: 4.33 weeks per month.

The calculation runs only in your browser, nothing is transmitted or stored.

How the tool calculates
  • Minutes per month = runs per week x minutes per run x people x 4.33 weeks.
  • Hours saved per month = minutes per month / 60 x automation share (0 to 100 %), rounded.
  • Hours saved per year = hours saved per month x 12.
  • Internal money value per year = hours saved per year x internal hourly rate (only if a rate is entered).

Assumptions

  • 4.33 weeks per month (average), 12 months per year.

What you gain

You gain a number you can argue with internally.

  • Instead of guessing that an automation pays off, you see a concrete estimate of the saved hours.

  • That helps you prioritize a use case and build a business case for your team or leadership.

  • The estimate is illustrative and does not replace a precise analysis, but it gives an honest order of magnitude you can work with.

How the calculator works

The calculator works with four inputs and computes the saved time from them. The logic runs client-side in the browser, your inputs do not leave the page. At the end there is an estimate of the saved hours per month and year, plus an optional value in money if you enter an hourly rate. This money value is your internal benefit, not a price for our service.

Input fields

  1. How often does the task occur?

    Input: count per week (number).

  2. How long does the task take per run?

    Input: minutes (number).

  3. How many people do the task?

    Input: count (number).

  4. What share can the automation take on?

    Input: percent.

  5. Optional

internal hourly rate in euros, for the money value. If left empty, the calculator shows only hours.

Calculation logic

The result comes straight from your inputs. The logic runs only in the browser, without data collection beyond the inputs. The calculator shows only the value of the automation, never a price for our service.

After the result

Every result ends with a note that the estimate is illustrative and the exact value depends on the use case. If the order of magnitude fits, the next step is a strategy call in which we frame the use case and cut a fixed scope. If you first look for the fitting entry, you find it in the AI use case finder on AI use case finder. More on automation is on AI automation that takes manual work out of your day.

Frequently asked questions

Does the calculator name a price for your service?
No. The calculator shows only the value of the automation, that is saved hours and optionally an internal money value based on your own hourly rate. It deliberately does not name our effort or price, because the scope is only settled in the strategy call and says little without context.
How accurate is the estimate?
It is an illustrative order of magnitude, not an exact result. The calculator uses simple assumptions like 4.33 weeks per month and an automation share you set yourself. For a precise analysis we look together at the concrete process, its variance and the data situation.
Are my inputs stored?
No. The logic runs client-side in the browser, your inputs do not leave the page and are not stored. Only when you book a strategy call do you deliberately enter data for the booking. So the calculator stays a pure orientation aid.
What do I do with the result?
Use it as a business case. The estimated hours help prioritize a use case and argue internally whether an automation pays off. If the order of magnitude fits, we settle the concrete scope and the fastest path to a working prototype in the strategy call.
