The format as delivery, not a talk
We adapt the hackathon to your team size and depth. A two-to-multi-day format gives room for several teams and deeper projects, a one-day sprint for one focused team. A compact tool workshop opens the day, then teams build on their challenges, and each team presents its prototype. We handle the full facilitation, and where a prototype holds, we take it into production as the AI agency.
Planned within a week
With sponsor, challenge owner and access available, we plan the full format within a week. The week is planning time, not automatically the event date.
Process
Compact and hands-on. The result is something built.
Lead-in, preparation. Clarify goal, participants and data, choose a tool frame. (Duration: 30-minute call. Output: setup ready)
Day 1, kickoff and use cases. Compact tool workshop, teams pick one challenge each by impact and feasibility. (Duration: half day. Output: chosen challenges)
Build phase, build prototypes. Teams build live, we coach. Every step visible. (Duration: 1 to several days. Output: working prototypes)
Demo, test and frame. Each team demonstrates, we test on real cases and honestly name what does not hold yet. (Duration: 90 minutes. Output: test log)
Wrap-up, path to operation. We record what production needs and who builds the next step. (Duration: 45 minutes. Output: next steps)
Who it fits
The hackathon fits teams that do not need another strategy deck but built results and delivery capacity. It fits less well when no sponsor is set, real tasks are not accessible, or only a keynote is wanted.
