Frequently asked questions
What does an AI agency do?
An AI agency plans and builds AI solutions for companies, from consulting through workshops to implementation and development. Our focus is on delivery. At the end of the first step there is a working prototype you can test and keep using, not just a concept.
What does an AI workshop cost?
The price depends on team size, duration and use case, so we do not quote a flat rate. The fixed scope makes scope and result clear upfront so the budget stays predictable. You get a concrete quote after the strategy call, where we understand your starting point.
How fast is a prototype ready?
In days. Because our toolstack is already in place and proven, we save the weeks for setup and tool selection. After the strategy call we lock the scope and build the prototype on your real data, so you see a running result early.
What is the difference from a freelancer?
A freelancer often brings depth in one tool but rarely the full path from idea to a production solution with a proven stack. We work fixed scope, deliver a prototype in days and handle workshop, implementation and development from one source.
Which tools do you use?
We work with a proven stack, including Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Make, Claude Code, custom GPTs, Codex, Gamma and ElevenLabs, for voice additionally with common voice stacks. Which tools we use depends on the use case. Servers and data can be kept in the EU.
What happens after the workshop?
If the prototype holds, we take it into implementation and, where needed, real development. The transition is low-friction because the stack is already in place. You decide after the prototype whether and how it continues.
Do you also build complete software?
Yes. We develop from focused AI agents to complete applications that automate several steps and reach into your systems. We start at the prototype and build it out into real software, with operations, documentation and integration.
How GDPR-aware do you work?
Data protection is part of the scope from the start. We keep data and processing in the EU, work with clear roles and access, and document cleanly. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires AI competence, which we factor in too.
